1. Introduction

Équnité fosters community-driven knowledge, transparency, and fair practices in volleyball via open collaboration and shared resources.

By accessing or registering, you accept these Terms without reservation.

3. Purpose and Scope

The Platform facilitates:

• Public forums for discussion
• Publication of reviews, testimonials, and articles
• Access to community-generated content and tools

These Terms govern:

• User accounts and registrations
• Content contribution and usage rights
• Moderation standards and conduct rules
• Data privacy and user protections

4. Registration and User Eligibility

- Accounts for minors under 15 must be created and supervised by a parent or guardian.
- Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security.
- Misuse of account credentials is the user's responsibility.

5. Contribution License

All content is subject to the Équnité General License:

• CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license (Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike)
• Contributors retain moral rights
• Commercial exploitation by third parties is prohibited
• PLANIPIX may utilize content for community benefit

Accepting these Terms includes acceptance of the Contribution License.

6. Content Contribution and Rules

Users may publish:

• Club reviews and testimonials
• Informational articles and volleyball resources
• Contributions to public/restricted discussions

Contributions must be:

• Accurate, respectful, lawful, based on genuine personal experience
• Free of defamatory, offensive, false, misleading, or unlawful material

PLANIPIX may moderate, edit, or remove any content violating these standards without notice.

7. Restricted Content and Enforcement

Restricted areas (e.g., sensitive reviews, internal tools, verified discussions) are for authorized users only.

Unauthorized access (impersonation, coercion, technical circumvention) is a serious breach, punishable by:

• Immediate and permanent account suspension
• Potential public disclosure to protect the community
• Contractual disqualification of legal action based on illicit access

Litigation based on content accessed illicitly is invalid under these Terms (per French Civil Code Art. 1103+).

8. Moderation and Integrity

PLANIPIX reserves the right to:

• Edit or remove inappropriate/unlawful content
• Suspend or ban users for violations
• Ensure platform safety, integrity, and compliance

Persistent violations may lead to permanent exclusion without recourse.

9. Privacy, Personal Data, and Third-Party Tools

PLANIPIX complies with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and French data laws.

Third-party services/tools used:

These may collect/process cookies, device IDs, IP addresses, and user data.

10. Account Termination and Content

Users can request account deletion via PLANIPIX:

• Published content remains under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license
• Users may request editing/anonymization of sensitive data (with justification)
• PLANIPIX balances transparency and privacy in handling requests

11. Donations and Commercial Use

• Donations to Équnité via PLANIPIX are processed as commercial revenue
• Donations create no contractual obligations or governance rights
• PLANIPIX allocates donations as needed (operations, improvements, promotions)
• Third-party commercial exploitation of platform content is strictly forbidden

12. Changes and Updates

Terms may be amended due to legal, technical, or operational developments.  
Changes will be communicated via the platform.  
Continued use after updates implies full acceptance.

13. Liability Limitations

PLANIPIX provides the Platform and content “as-is.”  
No liability is assumed for accuracy, completeness, or legality of user-generated content.  
No liability for indirect damages arising from platform use.

Users are responsible for content they share.  
PLANIPIX moderates content but cannot guarantee exhaustive moderation.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

Disputes not amicably resolved will be submitted to the competent courts of Metz, France.

By using the Équnité Platform, you acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted these Terms fully.
