1. Preamble
Équnité is a digital platform operated by PLANIPIX, aimed at promoting open, community-driven knowledge, transparency, and fair practices in the volleyball ecosystem. It is designed to host contributions, reviews, discussions, and tools to benefit both individual users and organizational partners.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") define the legal conditions under which users may access and interact with the Platform. They apply to all users, whether individuals or legal entities, and are governed by French law.

3. Scope and Purpose
The Platform provides free access to information, discussion spaces (forums), user-generated reviews, and contribution-based tools. Its aim is to improve the transparency, safety, and development of the volleyball environment through shared, non-commercial collaboration.
These Terms govern:
- Registration and account usage
- Contribution of content
- Access to public and restricted sections
- Conduct and moderation
- Data privacy and user rights
4. User Eligibility and Registration
The Platform is open to:
- Individuals acting as players, fans, parents, or representatives
- Legal entities (companies and partners)
Users must be responsible adults. In the case of minors, registration must be made and managed by a parent or legal guardian. The Platform is not intended to host content specifically targeting children under 15.
By registering, users agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
5. Acceptance of the Contribution License
All users contributing content (text, reviews, media, etc.) agree to the Équnité Contribution License, which governs usage, redistribution, and attribution of shared material.
Key points:
- All contributions are licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0
- Contributors retain moral rights
- Content cannot be commercially exploited by third parties
- PLANIPIX may reuse content in community-beneficial ways
This license forms an integral part of these Terms.
6. Contributions and Publication Rules
Users may submit:
- Reviews of volleyball clubs or experiences
- Articles, testimonials, or supporting resources
- Participation in public or restricted discussions
Users agree that:
- Contributions must be lawful, respectful, and based on personal experience
- Content that includes defamatory, abusive, or false information is strictly prohibited
- All content may be moderated or edited for clarity, safety, or legal compliance
7. Restricted Content and Legal Enforcement
Certain areas of the Platform (such as sensitive reviews, reporting tools, or contributor-only discussions) are restricted to verified users.
Any access gained through fraud, impersonation, coercion, or unauthorized technical means constitutes a breach of these Terms and of French contractual law (Code civil, art. 1103 et suivants).
Users acknowledge and accept that:
- Unauthorized access to such content will result in permanent suspension of the account
- PLANIPIX reserves the right to publicly disclose the nature of the violation to protect other users
- Any legal action based on content obtained through unauthorized access is contractually disqualified and will not be accepted by PLANIPIX or its users
- PLANIPIX cannot be held liable for the publication of contributor content that was accessed illegally or misused outside the platform
8. Moderation and Platform Integrity
PLANIPIX reserves the right to:
- Moderate or remove any content that violates these Terms
- Suspend or ban users who breach conduct rules
- Reject, edit, or hide content for quality or legal reasons
Repeated violations or malicious use of the platform will result in full exclusion.
9. Privacy and Personal Data
PLANIPIX commits to handling all personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679).
- Personal data is never sold or shared with third parties
- It is stored securely and only used for internal operation, moderation, and security
- Users may access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information
10. Account Termination and Content Retention
Users may request deletion of their accounts at any time by contacting support.
However:
- Contributions already published will not be deleted, as they are part of the public commons and are licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0
- Sensitive content (e.g. club reviews) may be modified upon justified request
11. Donations and Commercial Use
The Platform may receive donations to support its activities. All financial contributions are processed through PLANIPIX and are considered commercial income.
Users acknowledge:
- Donations do not imply any contractual obligation or service guarantee
- PLANIPIX may use funds to cover platform costs and contributor support
- Third parties are prohibited from commercial reuse of content
12. Changes to the Terms
PLANIPIX may revise these Terms at any time to reflect legal, technical, or community developments. Major updates will be announced clearly on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of any modified Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
Any dispute not resolved amicably shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metz, France.
