46 === 2. Contributor Commercial Grant (Contributor License Agreement) ===

48 By submitting a contribution, you **also grant PLANIPIX** a **perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence** to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, compile, sub-licence and monetise your contribution for commercial or non-commercial purposes connected with Équnité. This grant concerns **economic rights only**; your moral rights remain intact under French law.

50 This dual-licence model lets PLANIPIX provide value-added or paid access (e.g., a small fee for players who cannot yet contribute or use Équnité on the same level as other users) while the public retains CC BY-NC-SA freedoms.

Unauthorised access or redistribution results in immediate licence termination, permanent suspension, and—**to the extent permitted by law**—waiver of claims against PLANIPIX or the community.
